A little part of my growling stomach dies every time I walk into Weshop, gleefully expecting to find a stack of tightly wrapped Spicy Tofu-Power Sandwich waiting for me and turn my head up to see a glaring dearth. Lately, this has far too often been the case. I see piles of other Earthly Eats offerings-from the passable Vegetarian Cajun Chicken Sandwich to the abominable Vegetarian Turkey Salad Sandwich. But the turmeric-tinged wonder that I love is absent.
No one cares about Vegetarian Turkey or Vegetarian Chicken. We all long for the creamy, spicy, and crunchy (thanks to celery!) tofu wonder. Bring the Tofu-Power Back!
