Winter Dance

Tonight and Saturday night at 8 p.m. in the CFA Theatre, six junior dance majors will hit the stage in the University Dance Department’s Winter Concert. Matthew Carney, Kate Finley, Elena Georgieva, Lindsay Koassa, Kelsey Siegel, and Emily Wolcott (all ’13) will perform original choreographed pieces, the six tied to central themes of etymology and the evolution of meaning. These intrepid dancers also choreographed for last semester’s Dance Department Spring Concert as part of DANC250, Dance Composition. The Winter Concert will exhibit the final product of another semester spent exploring new territories and forms.
