At noon on Tuesday, Feb. 19, WesPeace and Students for Ending the War in Iraq (SEWI) hung a banner made of bedsheets from the Usdan balcony. The drop was intended to raise awareness about plans to protest in Washington D.C. during Spring Break, to mark the 5 year anniversary of the Iraq war. Using images of campuses across the country participating in the banner drop, WesPeace members created two videos which can be accessed at www.ourspringbreak.org.
