ITS has decided to cancel Telnet email access due to the lack of encryption for the passwords that are sent. Though I am sure this is a relevant concern at some level, I cannot say that I won’t be heartbroken to no longer check my email in a faster and clearly cooler way than any other.
Telnet, I salute you. RIP.
