I’d like to think that all the work that went into organizing WesFest made a difference. I’ll tell myself we helped hundreds of high school seniors decide to send their parents’ money here instead of Swarthmore, or at least helped the fresh Brown waitlist wounds heal a little nicer. But the truth is, all I did was organize some panels and put out cookies while kids waited for their parents to leave. I salute you, selfless prefrosh hosts and assorted underage substance enablers, for truly making this weekend a success. God bless us, every one.
