It’s time to show a little love for Wesleyan on Valentine’s Day

We spend a lot of time on this page telling students, the Administration and everyone else what they should do, what they should be, and the things they are doing wrong. We’re a school of outspoken whiners, let’s face it, and the Argus staff is as guilty as anyone else.

What doesn’t get said enough, though, is the things we love about Wesleyan—even if we do say it, it’s coupled with something that could be better. In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, we’d like to take this opportunity to tell Wesleyan and the people in it what we love about them. We’re not going to say anything mean this time, but maybe by looking at all the things we care about, we can become more inspired to fix all the things we don’t love… yet.

So, this is for you, Wesleyan. We chose you back in high school, and we choo-choo-choose you still.
