The men’s and women’s crew teams headed to Boston over the weekend for the yearly Head of the Charles Regatta. The Wesleyan men finished 28th out of 38 boats, while the Cardinal women placed 28th out of 35 entries, in the Collegiate Eight event.

The men’s boat covered the course in 17:01.97. Williams placed first in the event, with Trinity taking second. The Cardinal women clocked in at 19:56.95; Grand Valley State University placed first overall in the Collegiate Eight, while defending national champion Williams finished second.

Both crews conclude their fall action on Sunday with the Head of the Fish Regatta in Saratoga, N.Y.
