This past Saturday, Ron Whitewolf, a 41-year-old white male, was arrested on Pearl Street for failing to register as a non-violent sex offender. According to the official arraignment report, a warrant was issued after an individual whose name has not been released reported Whitewolf to the Middletown Police Department on Sept. 1.

Rachel Levenson ’12 spoke with a Public Safety (PSafe) officer later that evening who informed her of the arrest. 

“She [the PSafe officer] was just talking about things that happened that night and she mentioned that a sex offender had been arrested for not registering,” Levenson said.

Whitestone is being held on a $125,000 bond and is set to appear in court on Oct. 21.
