I lived in westco last year (as a freshman) and loved it when there were loud shows in the cafe, right outside my window basically... that&#039;s part of what i signed up for when i chose to live there. why can&#039;t all noise complaints be null and void if they&#039;re made before quiet hours start (at 2 am, isnt it?) Max, if youre really concerned about the music scene in the cafe, i would start with that.</description>
